Refund policy
Digital Downloads
All of our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.
Please make sure you read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs. If you experience any issues with your file (such as trouble downloading, corrupted files, or access errors), please contact us directly. We are happy to help resolve technical issues and ensure you receive the product you purchased.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy for digital items.
Paper Packs & Physical Items
We take great care in producing and packaging our scrapbook paper packs and other physical items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paperlydone737@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations Policy
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed. All digital sales are final.
Paper Packs & Physical Items
Orders for physical items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been printed, packaged, or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at paperlydone737@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may still qualify for a return under our 30-day return policy (see above).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
